BBB’s annual Torch Award luncheon was held on May 19th at Villa Christina in Atlanta, Georgia where our 2011 Torch Award winners and first runner ups were announced. Mr. John Sours, Administer for the Governor’s Office of Consumer Protection, was the keynote speaker.
29 companies of excellence competed in three categories: Marketplace Ethics, Customer Service and Community Service. Companies competed in the three categories based on their number of employees. All entries were sent to three judges who are experts in the field of ethics for judging.
